This kitchen set includes 2 end grain cutting boards, a mortar and pestle set, a 3 spice container and a serving tray.
 
The cutting board sizes are approximately 9x9 and 4x6.  They are typically made from 4 to 5 different woods to give a beautiful checker board look.  They are finished with a minimum 4 coats of mineral oil to protect the wood and also to enhance the different colors of each type of wood.
 
The mortar (bowl) is approx 5” round by 2-1/4” tall and the pestle is approx 6” in length.  It is typically made from 3 different woods, Oak will always be the base to give a good solid base to crush your spices.  The other woods are typically pine and Mahogany to bring out the contrasting beauty of their colors.  I also put 4 coats of mineral oil on this also.
 
The 3 spice container will range in size because I make them from the cut offs from the cutting board.  The one in the pictures is approximately 5” wide x 2.5” deep and 2” tall.  The spices in the picture are for display only. 
 
The tray is approx 12” x 12” x 1.5” tall and is made of a select pine, finished with 4 coats of varnish to protect the finish incase of spills.
